Hi, I’m Salwa—the founder and lead artist behind Salwa Beauty Atelier. I’m a mother of two, a mechanical engineer and a bridal hair and makeup artist.
My approach blends artistry with precision. I understand that you have spent months thoughtfully choosing every detail of your wedding—and you should never have to worry that your makeup will feel heavy, look unfamiliar or disappear before the celebration is over.
I create refined, long-lasting bridal beauty that enhances rather than hides. Whether your vision is soft and radiant, elevated glamour or traditional bridal, every detail is customized around your features, personal style, wedding attire and how you want to feel when you see yourself in the mirror.
To me, luxury is more than beautiful makeup and hair. It is feeling understood, cared for and completely at ease. From our first conversation to your final touch-up, I bring the same thoughtfulness, organization and attention to detail to your experience, so your wedding morning feels calm, seamless and beautifully personal.

MY JOURNEY
As a Bridal Hair & Makeup Artist
My beauty journey began with henna artistry and naturally grew into professional makeup and hairstyling. Earlier in my career, I worked with models represented by various agencies, gained valuable on-set experience and refined my artistry through roles with MAC Cosmetics and NARS.
I continued my education with bridal hairstyling certifications from Bridal Hair Couture by Katie and Hair by Shay, along with makeup certifications from Makeup by Sharda and Maya Hashmi Makeup.
While these experiences shaped the artist I am today, my true passion has always been more personal: helping women feel beautiful and confident in their own skin through the thoughtful touch of makeup and hair.
